Coliwoo 繁華世界 (Coliwoo Hotel Gay World (Co-Living Style))

Service can be improved. I requested for 1 more mineral water as only 1 found in the room when I checked in. We requested another toilet paper roll but the staff placed it directly on the floor outside the room instead of putting the roll in a plastic bag for hygiene purpose, as we requested the staff not to go in to the room when we were out. No staff station over the weekends, can be challenging if need immediate assistance. Room is very small and different from the photo shown in the website when I booked the room, I couldn't open the fridge's door fully as it was placed near to the bed, as such, guests who need to store big items may not be able to utilize the fridge. In addition, the tea bags already opened and just placed directly on the table and exposed to the air (as shown in the photo), this shouldn't be happened and unacceptable! Hope the hotel could improve on these.

(Nên lưu ý, thứ 7 và chủ nhật không có lễ tân) Đầy đủ tiện nghi: máy lạnh, máy sấy tóc, bàn ủi, tủ lạnh, máy giặt sấy, nước nóng lạnh, wifi...💯 Khách sạn nằm ở khu Geylang gần MRT (400m), đối diện là trạm xe bus luôn, nên nếu có đi đâu mọi người cứ check map bus hay mrt cái nào tiện thì đi. Từ khách sạn đi bộ về hướng tay trái sẽ có Gong He Guan (nhiều loại chè, chè xoài ngon), cháo Ếch Lor9 và 2-3 quán cháo ếch khác nữa, cá nhân thấy quán cháo 333 ok nhất (tuỳ khẩu vị mỗi người). Xuống tí nữa có Bak Kut Teh (sườn trà) của quán Leong Kee rất ngon, giá khá rẻ. Đối diện quán là 711. Ngoài ra muốn ăn đồ ngon giá rẻ, mở cửa 24/24 thì tới Hock Prawn Me ở Lor18 có cơm gà, mì sườn, lòng, cả bia nữa, mình thấy dân địa phương ăn ở đây rất nhiều 5-6$/món. Cua hay hải sản thì ở Happy Seafood Village 100$S/con/kg, mấy quán Việt ở trước đó toàn 120-130$. *Nước suối hay siêu thị thì cứ ghé 711 đối diện Leong Kee, muốn rẻ hơn thì đi lên tí có cái siêu thị Sheng Siong ở Lor 15. Nếu cần check out trễ, cứ liên hệ lễ tân, họ rất nhiệt tình và dễ thương. Chắc chắn sẽ tiếp tục ủng hộ Coliwoo nếu có dịp quay lại Singapore!

Collision hotel offers great value for the price. It's in a fantastic location, within walking distance of the MRT station and right across from a bus stop. The room was comfortable, though I did find a used tissue paper under the bed, which was disappointing. Overall, a good stay with excellent transport links.

酒店房間內的樓梯很窄，不適合老人居住，即便是年輕人也感覺岌岌可危，酒店前台的約20-30歲滿臉暗瘡的男子黑著臉讓你給他護照複印，我只能說他根本不適合做酒店業，只會在那邊強詞奪理，酒店隔音差，外面飆車全聽見，枕頭上有螞蟻，房間不乾淨，床鋪有蟲會叮人。我訂了兩個晚上，酒店不能給我安排住同一個房間兩個晚上，然後酒店安排員工收拾我的東西拿到樓下大堂存放，然後我的很多個人物品不翼而飛，前提是旅館所提供的洗髮精十分垃圾，是把頭髮洗得很乾燥的三合一洗髮精，旅館本身沒有提供盒裝紙巾，雖有洗衣機但沒有提供洗衣粉之類的，晚上去詢問的時候，英語不太流利的員工也無法處理這情況，凌晨3點29分出現警報，把所有乘客吵醒了，但原來是虛驚一場，嚴重影響客人休息，第二天那個態度惡劣的黑臉暗瘡男員工跟我在大堂吵架，堅持說沒有扔掉我的物品，認為是我在瞎掰，除了盒裝紙巾他們扔了（如果不是我逐一問到我的物品，根本連盒裝紙巾都不會承認扔了）然後還把自己說得很合理，紙巾盒濕了所以必須扔掉，想請問作為酒店是否有權利扔掉續租顧客的任何物品？然後堅決否認有扔掉我的洗面奶、洗髮精、護髮素，housekeeper非常不老實，一直睜著眼撒謊說沒有見到過，但我留意到他的表情是因為不想負責任所以在那邊謊稱沒有見到過，前台男員工又反過來罵我為什麼不直接去住五星級酒店，拒絕承認自己的錯誤，讓我去報警，反過來冤枉我說其實沒有這些物品是我在找碴，我想問我作為一個遊客需要花兩小時爭論？一句誠懇的對不起有那麼難開口？希望酒店不再聘用那位不適合當酒店服務生的矮個子暗瘡男，謝謝！在那邊第一次寫這麼多差評給任何服務業

Nice hotel, good price, and near the city. Unfortunately it seems this hotel will close soon

The place is clean and tidy. It surprise me with the cooking stove at the room. And the place is convenient that 5mins to MRT and 1min to bus station.

Loved staying in this hotel a lot. Very clean. modern facilities. I was very impressed.

シンプルで観光に泊まるには良き。MRTの駅も近いので便利。ただ土日は13時までしかカウンターに人がおらず、ホテルのドアが閉まっており、電話したり対応に少し戸惑った。英語が話せないとけっこうキツイ。でも土日13時までにチェックイン出來れば問題ないと思う。平日はもう少し遅くまでやってたと思う。
